To enable and empower everyone including individuals and organisations, to 'stay mentally healthy' regardless of their financial circumstances. Allowing more people to identify potential mental health concerns and at the same time address them using just one self-help tool, the accredited, tried and tested Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process.
Through the 'Stay Mentally Healthy' campaign we aim to provide prevention, intervention, and postvention training and services to all sectors including: education, business, health & well-being, and the general public.
Training Programmes
The SEJ Process is a CPD Accredited training used for personal and professional development, enabling the whole setting community to learn how to 'stay mentally healthy'.
The SEJ Process training includes ongoing support for the whole setting community and provides a foundation for enhanced SEJ training opportunities with professional qualifications for Educators, Pastoral and Counsellors enabling you to have your own SEJ experts onsite.
Professional qualifications are available as either an SEJ Consultant or SEJ Trainer.
