To enable and empower everyone including individuals and organisations, to 'stay mentally healthy' regardless of their financial circumstances. Allowing more people to identify potential mental health concerns and at the same time address them using just one self-help tool, the accredited, tried and tested Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process.
Through the 'Stay Mentally Healthy' campaign we aim to provide prevention, intervention, and postvention training and services to all sectors including: education, business, health & well-being, and the general public.

The Setting and the SEJ
In the setting this simple process allows educators and members of staff to manage their own wellbeing and mental health. To work from a place of inclusion and authenticity, enabling them to respond in an appropriate and timely manner when students seek support. Therefore, they are better able to manage their own time and workload, focusing their attention on core activities, individual responsibilities as well as meeting the needs of the students.

Our SEJ Process Educator/Staff Training Programme
Our SEJ Process Educator/Staff Training Programme is available either through the educational setting or can be accessed here external to the setting via the website, where you have immediate access to SEJ Process Training and can study at your own pace. The programme is accessed as a combined SEJ Process Training and Membership Plan
Our programme compliments the training offered within educational settings to students and families. This ensures that the whole school community is using just one tool to reach the same goal, to ‘stay mentally healthy’ and reach their full potential.
If your setting offers the SEJ Process training please contact your setting's designated onsite SEJ Facilitator for programme access. If joining the programme independently the on-demand online content, combined with live online support workshops, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals ensures everything is in place to support you on your Self Empowerment Journey.
