To enable and empower everyone including individuals and organisations, to 'stay mentally healthy' regardless of their financial circumstances. Allowing more people to identify potential mental health concerns and at the same time address them using just one self-help tool, the accredited, tried and tested Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process.
Through the 'Stay Mentally Healthy' campaign we aim to provide prevention, intervention, and postvention training and services to all sectors including: education, business, health & well-being, and the general public.

Families and the SEJ
Parents/guardians find the process of the SEJ to be invaluable, not only for their own wellbeing but also in supporting their child/ren in maintaining a positive outlook on life, offering continuity of care at home. Parents/guardians also see the value in having a solution focused process when their child/ren are finding life a challenge. As parents/guardians it empowers them in giving them the skills to help and support their child/ren with a range of concerns from friendships, puberty through to exam nerves and more.

SEJ Process Families Training Programme
Our SEJ Process Families Training Programme is available either through the educational setting or can be accessed external to the setting here via the website, where you have immediate access to SEJ Process Training and can study at your own pace. The programme is accessed as a combined SEJ Process Training and Membership Plan.
Our families programme compliments the training offered within educational settings to educators/staff and students. This ensures that the whole school community is using just one tool to reach the same goal, to ‘stay mentally healthy’ and reach their full potential.
If your setting offers the SEJ Process training please contact your setting's designated onsite SEJ Facilitator for programme access. If joining the programme independently the on-demand online content, combined with live online support workshops, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals ensures everything is in place to support you on your Self Empowerment Journey.
