'Stay Mentally Healthy' Campaign...
To enable and empower everyone including individuals and organisations, to 'stay mentally healthy' regardless of their financial circumstances. Allowing more people to identify potential mental health concerns and at the same time address them using just one self-help tool, the accredited, tried and tested Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process.
Through the 'Stay Mentally Healthy' campaign we aim to provide prevention, intervention, and postvention training and services to all sectors including: education, business, health & well-being, and the general public.
SEJ Process Training
The Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) is an innovative, psychoeducational, evidence-based, solution-focused, self-enquiry process. Taught in PSHE from Key Stage 4 and in Academic and Professional Skills at HEI. It is designed to ensure everyone within the educational community develops the skills to 'stay mentally healthy' and reach their full potential in all areas of life.
If your setting offers the SEJ Process Training please contact your setting's designated onsite SEJ Facilitator for programme access and to understand the various formats in which training is offered. If joining the SEJ Process Training Programme independently via this website you will be able to pay monthly over 12 months and access:
1. 6 online on-demand lessons lasting between 45 minutes to 1 hour where you can study in your own time and space. Each lesson includes exercises, downloads and additional resources to support you.
2. A live online interactive SEJ Practice Workshop which runs weekly.
3. A private online community where you can seek support, share your experiences, and connect with other individuals who are currently learning the SEJ Process. The SEJ Practice Support Group has SEJ experts on-hand ready to support you on your Self Empowerment Journey.
The on-demand online content, combined with live online support workshops, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals ensures everything is in place to support you on your Self Empowerment Journey.
