Your personalised Stay Mentally Healthy Wellbeing Plan
During your Wellbeing Assessment, one of our trained Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Facilitators will work with you to create your individual 'Stay Mentally Healthy' Wellbeing Plan. Whether you’re eager to maintain your mental health or have some concerns, we’re here to ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way. Our Wellbeing Plans are key to what we do, fuelling our success, enabling us to make a real difference, empowering you to reach your wellbeing goals. Discussing your needs takes about 20 minutes, and we’ll regularly review your plan to keep you on track towards your wellbeing goals. You can ask for a review anytime.

Personal accountability - all our services are guided self-help; you are in charge of your wellbeing from the first meeting. As we work together to create and document your Wellbeing Plan you can more easily commit to your wellbeing goals, self-evaluate and take control of your own wellbeing.

Solution focused- we will work with you to create tailored strategies to meet your wellbeing goals which are reviewed as you progress.

Ongoing support - we provide regular reviews of your Wellbeing Plan and goals to ensure progress, adapting to your circumstances, and to develop a sense of achievement.

Develop self-awareness - your plan will always include services developing self-awareness, where you will understand your mental and emotional triggers (without any trauma response), and how these impact all areas of your life including your career, relationships, health, finances and social interactions.

Prevention - the services provided on your Wellbeing Plan will enable you to identify your triggers to prevent recurring episodes and take preventative steps to 'stay mentally healthy'.

Referral Services - We can help you to identify where additional support may be needed and how to access that support.
How do I book my Wellbeing Appointment?
This free service is available during the Hub Drop-in or you can simply contact us to book an appointment available both online and in-person.
Although we recommend you have a Wellbeing Plan you can of course simply self-register for any service.
