What can I expect from an appointment?

At your appointment you will meet with one of our expert and certified SEJ Consultants who employ a self-enquiry process called the Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ). This simple yet highly effective approach is evidence-based and accredited, aimed at promoting personal empowerment in all life areas, addressing concerns to help you achieve your true potential. Our Consultants will work with you online or in-person to tackle any distressing issues, guiding you towards a state of ease and empowerment.

How many sessions will I need?

Generally, individuals need only 1-3 sessions, as the self-enquiry nature of the process produces immediate results. In fact, 84 out of 98 participants reported significant physiological and psychological benefits after the first session, with 90% achieving empowerment after just one session.

Who do we work with?

Our consultants assist children, young people, adults, couples, and families. All consultants working with children have DBS Checks. If you are a young person and concerned about confidentiality, you can find out more about when and why information might be shared or kept private here.

How much does a consultation cost and where do I book?

There is a minimum fee of £25 to pay for this service. However, as it is important to us that everyone is able to access our services funded places are available for those struggling financially. If this applies to you please complete the Funding Application Form.
