Just like your gym we even offer you a free personalised fitness plan (Stay Mentally Healthy Wellbeing Plan) through the Hub Drop-in service.

How much do the services cost?
Each Hub offers unique services that are either free, pay what you want (PWYW), or require a small fee to cover basic costs or pay for external services, these are clearly indicated with a 'P' for your convenience. For those using the PWYW option a suggested price for each event/service is provided as a guide. We appreciate your support and contribution and are grateful for any amount paid.
What if there is no local Hub how can I access services?
Not all of our Hubs are advertised on the website as they may be located in business and educational settings. If you cannot access a local Hub or travel to our flagship Hub in Bridgnorth, please check out our Virtual SMH Hub, all services in the Virtual Hub are offered online. Alternatively you can contact us to access services via our Mobile Hub where we travel to your area and provide pre-booked services.
How we operate
Our Hubs are privately run by qualified SEJ Consultants or Trainers as part of our 'Pay it Forward' and 'Retrain, Restart, Reinvent' initiatives. They are dedicated to supporting their local community assisted by community volunteers. Your payments and donations contribute towards keeping the Hubs operational and provide the opportunity for the SEJ Consultants and Trainers to build their independent business, social enterprise or community group.
Our services
Affiliated with the SEJ organisation we utilise the evidence-based SEJ Process, whilst also collaborating with dedicated Delivery Partners, and like-minded organisations both locally and nationally. Implementing a comprehensive and holistic approach that delivers quality service.
Our Wellbeing Plans are key to what we do, fuelling our success and enabling us to make a real difference! Discussing your needs takes about 20 minutes during which time one of our expert Facilitators will work with you to create a Wellbeing Plan to meet your needs.

Over the past 27 years we have worked with people from all walks of life, examples include the police, parents, carers, veterans, solicitors, sports professionals, the clergy, educational settings, businesses, and organisations of all kinds, most recently the King's Trust. It is therefore difficult to create a comprehensive list of every life situation we can help with, however we have listed some examples below:
-
depression, anxiety, relationships issues, financial worries, busy mind, lack of purpose and direction, health concerns, addictions, sexual identity, abuse, PTSD, trauma, stress, bullying, bereavement.
