More about our Hubs

Bridgnorth SMH Hub is the first of many we will be opening over the next few years. Our community based Stay Mentally Healthy Hubs are umbrellas for a range of training events and services. They provide a first point of contact for people who are concerned about their mental health, its impact on their life, and are looking to develop the skills to stay mentally healthy, empower themselves and reach their full potential.

The Hubs enable individuals and their families to better understand how they can empower themselves, and their loved ones, to stay mentally healthy through our SEJ Events which include various free talks, training events, workshops, and consultation services. The Hub also provides an opportunity to meet and socialise with other people, and become more confident and independent knowing there is a life beyond mental health problems. In addition the Hub also provides the opportunity for other like-minded organisations to share their knowledge in the support of you and your family with our SMH Charity Events.
