Visit the SMH Hub for an Exciting Experience!
A safe place to attend our free talk, where you can find out more about our services and how we can help you to stay mentally healthy and address any existing mental health concerns. Our volunteers will be available to answer any questions you may have about our training events and services. Plus, you can socialise in the SMH Café while enjoying free tea and coffee.
During the free talk we will share information on our training events, workshops, and services, how to apply for funding if required, and how to re-start and live a life beyond your mental health problems.
Places for the free talks are limited, we recommend booking in advance.
Our event speakers are Jacqueline Mary Phillips (Mary as she is known) a lived experienced author, inspirational speaker, and trainer and Dr Mariko Howard-Kishi, Head of Research and advocate…
