Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Programme

What is the Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Programme?

The Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Programme is a 4-step strategy, organically formed from our experiences working within education and business. Inspired specifically by feedback over many years from students, educators, staff, families, and business professionals.

The cornerstone of the Stay Mentally Healthy Programme is the SEJ Process which enables individuals to identify potential mental health concerns and at the same time address them using just one self-help tool, the accredited, evidence-based Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process.

Our Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Programme is specifically geared towards educational settings and businesses. Where through a collaborative, self-empowerment approach to mental wellbeing and reaching full potential, we are facilitating a paradigm shift in how we address mental health.

Why do we need the SMH programme?

We need the SMH programme to empower everyone to stay mentally healthy, to move from reactive intervention to proactive preventative mental health provision. The 4-step programme is an innovative approach to mental health, addressing issues of long waiting lists for referrals, absenteeism, decreased performance and specifically the overwhelming desire for individuals to find their own solutions to their problems, whilst at the same time working collaboratively with external agencies.

The programme equally encourages the whole setting community to come together and work collaboratively, in support of every individual in the organisation be it educational, business or other setting, to stay mentally healthy with just one self-help process that both heals and unifies individually and collectively.
