1-1 SEJ Consultations

What can I expect from a SEJ Consultation?

Our highly skilled and certified SEJ Consultants utilise a method known as the Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ). This straightforward yet highly effective process is research-backed and accredited, designed to foster personal empowerment across all aspects of life. Our Consultants will work with you online or in-person using this process to address whatever issue is causing distress, to bring you to a place of ease and personal empowerment.

How many sessions will I need?

Typically, individuals require only 1-3 sessions, as the rapid nature of the process yields immediate results with significant physiological and psychological benefits experienced after the first session.

Who do you work with?

Our consultants work with children, young people, adults, couples and families as well as offering relationship counselling for couples. Consultants working with children all have Enhanced DBS Checks.

How much does a consultation cost?

Choose your payment amount for this service, ranging from £0 to any value. The service costs £40 to organise. Your donation is appreciated. Thank you. Paid for private consultations are also available on request.

How do I book a consultation?

The 'Stay Mentally Healthy' Hubs provide donation-based and private 1-1 consultations both online and in-person. You can book your consultation via the SMH Hub or email hello@staymentallyhealthy.org.uk. For private consultations call 07810 026415.
